Meet Zaria Frances Rose

Author, Speaker, Guide for Women's Transformation

Zaria Frances Rose is a writer, speaker, and transformational guide who believes that every woman's story matters. Through her raw, honest storytelling and body-based healing approach, she helps women break free from inherited patterns and step into their authentic power.

"I write for the woman who's been told she's too much, because I know what it's like to shrink yourself until you disappear."
Zaria Frances Rose, Author of Unapologetically Too Much

Zaria's Story

Zaria's journey began like so many women's stories—with the quiet desperation of living a life that looked perfect from the outside but felt hollow within. Despite having all the markers of success—marriage, career, social approval—she found herself slowly disappearing, consumed by the exhausting work of being everyone's version of who she should be.

The wake-up call came in the form of complete burnout and the collapse of relationships that were built on performance rather than authenticity. What followed was a messy, beautiful, transformative journey back to herself—one that required her to question everything she'd been taught about what it means to be a "good woman."

Through somatic therapy, boundary work, and the radical act of listening to her own body and intuition, Zaria began the long journey home to herself. She discovered that everything she'd been told was "too much" about her—her sensitivity, her intensity, her deep feeling—was actually her greatest source of power.

Today, Zaria is passionate about helping other women make the same journey from survival to sovereignty, from people-pleasing to authentic power. Her approach combines visceral storytelling with practical, body-based tools for transformation.
